Our dynamic staging process is based on the idea that there is always at least one solution to any problem. It requires a level of agility, flexibility and outside the box thinking that most large contractors simply do not have.
The construction process is typically linear, with one stage following another. For most industrial and commercial contractors, you cannot move on to item 2 until item 1 is done.
The process for making sure that the workers, materials, etc. are in the right place at the right time is called staging. The problem is that there are always issues (i.e. equipment is delivered early and must be installed, but base systems are not complete), and this generally results in construction delays. In today’s world of complex projects, things rarely go exactly as planned.
Knepp Incorporated has been in the industrial construction industry for more than 25 years, and excels at managing complex projects that require constant modification of the staging process to ensure the most time-efficient and cost-effective build.
We call it Dynamic Staging, and it is what allows us to take on complex, challenging and distressed projects and ensure that they stay on schedule and on budget. Our dynamic staging process is based on the idea that there is always at least one solution to any problem. It requires a level of agility, flexibility and outside the box thinking that most large contractors simply do not have.
At Knepp Incorporated, we have spent decades developing this dynamic approach. It allows us to respond at a moment’s notice to change direction, reorder processes, and employ additional resources. We don’t let weather, inspectors, delayed deliveries, insufficient supplies…really anything stop our work from moving forward…so your project is always moving forward.
